This CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE supplements the information provided in the general Privacy Policy of Leadorbit Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies exclusively to individuals residing in the State of California (“consumers,” “you”). We provide this notice in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other applicable California privacy laws. Any terms defined under the CCPA hold the same meaning in this statement.

Personal information does not include:

  • Information that is publicly available from government records.
  • Data that has been de-identified or aggregated so it can no longer be linked to an individual.
  • Categories of information that are outside the scope of the CCPA, such as:
    • Health or medical information protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), or clinical trial regulations.
    • Personal information governed by sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994.

We collect the categories of personal information described above from the following sources:

  • Directly from individuals who interact with our website, submit forms, download resources, or communicate with our representatives by phone.
  • Third-party partners who share business-related contact and company information with us.

Use of Personal Information

Leadorbit Solutions may use or share the personal information we collect for one or more of the following purposes:

  • To fulfill the purpose for which the information was provided. If your profile information is shared with a third-party content provider, their use of the data is governed by their privacy policy and may include follow-up via email, phone, or direct mail. For questions about their use of your information, contact the content provider directly. To avoid sharing, refrain from requesting third-party content.

We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use your information for purposes unrelated or incompatible with those described without providing notice.

Sharing Personal Information

Leadorbit Solutions may share your personal information with third parties for legitimate business purposes. When we do so, we enter into agreements that require the recipient to keep your information confidential and use it solely to perform the agreed-upon purpose.

We share your personal information for business purposes with the following categories of third parties:

Your Rights and Choices

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section explains your rights and how to exercise them.

Access and Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request information about how we collect and use your personal information over the past 12 months. Upon receiving a verifiable consumer request, we will disclose:

  • The categories of personal information we have collected about you.
  • The categories of sources from which the information was collected.
  • Our business or commercial purposes for collecting or sharing the information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information.
  • The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you (data portability request).
  • If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, two separate lists detailing:
    • Sales: identifying the categories of personal information purchased by each recipient.
    • Disclosures for business purposes: identifying the categories of personal information obtained by each recipient.

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your personal information from our records and instruct our service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary to:

  1. Complete the transaction for which the information was collected, provide a requested good or service, perform actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship, or fulfill a contract with you.
  2. Detect security incidents, prevent malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible.
  3. Debug products to identify and repair errors affecting existing functionality.
  4. Exercise free speech, protect another consumer’s free speech rights, or exercise another legal right.
  5. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et seq.).
  6. Conduct public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest, if deletion would impair the research and informed consent was previously provided.
  7. Enable internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
  8. Comply with a legal obligation.
  9. Make other lawful and compatible internal uses of the information.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

To exercise your access, data portability, or deletion rights, submit a verifiable consumer request by:


Only you, or an authorized person registered with the California Secretary of State, may submit a verifiable consumer request on your behalf. You may also make a request on behalf of a minor child.

You may make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability up to two times in a 12-month period. Requests must:

  • Provide sufficient information to reasonably verify your identity or the authority of an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with enough detail for us to understand, evaluate, and respond appropriately.

We cannot fulfill requests if we cannot verify your identity or authority, or confirm the personal information relates to you. No account creation is required. Personal information provided in a request is used solely for verification purposes.

Response Timing and Format

We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If more time is needed (up to 90 days), we will notify you in writing with the reason and extension period. Responses will be sent to your account if you have one, or by mail/electronically if you do not. Disclosures will cover the 12-month period preceding the request. For data portability requests, information will be provided in a readily usable format suitable for transfer to another entity.

We do not charge a fee to process a verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or unfounded. If a fee applies, we will provide a cost estimate before completing the request.

Non-Discrimination

Exercising your CCPA rights will not result in discrimination. Unless permitted by law, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge different prices or rates, including discounts, penalties, or other benefits.
  • Provide a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive different pricing, rates, or quality of goods or services.

Changes to Our Privacy Notice

We may update this privacy notice at any time. When changes occur, we will notify you via email or a notice on our website homepage.
